Last week, we gave you a preview of this exciting San Diego remodel. Since then, our architectural design team has been hard at work refining the plans, and the transformation is already taking shape. What was once nothing more than unused space above the living room is now becoming one of the home's most exciting new features.

The existing high ceiling is being converted into a spacious open loft bonus room, adding meaningful living space while preserving the bright, airy atmosphere that makes this floor plan so appealing.

For this family, the vision was to create a comfortable media room where everyone could gather and unwind. To help them confidently move forward, our design team produced a series of photorealistic 3D renderings that showcase exactly how the finished space will look. We believe seeing a renovation before construction begins gives homeowners the confidence to make informed design decisions.

The renovation extends beyond the new loft as well. Because the dining room below was already receiving a new ceiling, the homeowners chose to elevate the design with a custom coffered ceiling. The added architectural detail brings depth and sophistication to the room while creating a more cohesive look throughout the home.
