We've got some very exciting news for the Oceanside, CA community!

#1 - Bedroom Addition

This high ceiling conversion is going to be a big one! Their home contains a massive open-to-below space hovering above their living room. We’re going to be filling that in with a new hallway, which leads to both a new laundry room to the left, and a NEW BEDROOM straight ahead.

Despite some of that high ceiling space being dedicated to a hallway and laundry, there is still plenty of real-estate left for a comfortably sized bedroom. So much so, that our expert design team has still managed to put in a walk-in closet and a bathroom!

We have already detailed this home’s journey thus far - from its existing state through the design iterations presented to the homeowner.

We are set to begin construction soon, transforming their empty space into a spacious new loft bedroom!

#2 - From Design Phase to City/Planning

Our second project in Oceanside, CA is in its final design stages. We can’t wait to begin moving forward on this project!

Their home contains a vaulted ceiling, which some people immediately discount as non-loftable. There is enough space for a new open loft and bedroom as-is, but our second design proposal really sparked their interest. By partially extending their vaulted ceiling and opting for an open-loft dormer addition, they gain MUCH more comfort, headroom, and usability.

#3 - New Gallery Created

Of course, one of our favorite aspects is showing off every aspect of the high ceiling conversion process. It seems a sudden interest in loft additions has sparked in Oceanside, CA, so what better way to accommodate those interested than to create a new extensive gallery?

Within that gallery contains the journey of the two aforementioned homes, which will be updated as those projects move along!
