Don't immediately write off a small open-to-below space! There's just as much potential to be had here, especially when combined with an existing open loft! 

This family is finding themselves in need of a dedicated work space. Remote work is becoming more and more common these days, and we are finding that the need for an office is just as frequent as a need for a new bedroom. 

Thanks to our expert architectural design team, these homeowners got to see this dramatic high ceiling conversion rendered in 3D. This allows them to not only see what this remodel will look like, but also how it feels. 

So what are we going to do, exactly? There's two options:

✅ Option One: Convert the existing open loft into an enclosed office, and convert the open-to-below to a new open loft.

✅ Option Two: Retain the existing loft, and build the new enclosed office over the open-to-below space.

This is really up to the preference of the homeowners. At the end of the day, they will still be gaining functional square footage!
